Request a change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days after this item's delivery. The item must be in the same condition received, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
You pay change-of-mind return shipping; there is no restocking fee. If we offer a return label, we disclose its cost before you agree. Original shipping charges actually paid at checkout are not refunded for fulfilled change-of-mind returns; no additional outbound shipping charge is deducted, including on orders with free standard shipping.
Contact Haven & Form at alangon03@gmail.com before sending a return so we can provide authorization, the correct address and instructions. After receipt, inspection and approval, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days; bank posting may take longer.
Confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect items are handled without return shipping or restocking charges. Change-of-mind conditions do not limit shipping-delay cancellation, non-delivery or other rights under applicable law. These terms apply to orders placed on or after October 31, 2026 at 12:30 a.m. PDT; earlier orders retain the terms offered when purchased. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.
